Waterborne coatings generally have good waterproof properties, such as acrylic coatings, polyurethane coatings, natural/synthetic resins, etc. Applying these water-based coatings on the surface of the corrugated box can make the ordinary corrugated box have good waterproof performance. The waterproof performance of water-based coating waterproof packaging carton is generally related to the material and thickness of the coating. Its waterproof performance is between surface sizing type and composite type, but it can be recycled and more environmentally friendly.
